Plum Creek Garden Market is having their season-end sale, and its a good one! Started in Castle Rock, Colorado in 2013 to fill a community demand desiring access to locally grown, high-quality flowers and plants, they've grown to a total of five Front Range seasonal garden markets, furthering their goal to provide communities access to the highest quality perennials, annuals and vegetables.
