A good fruit and veggie wash is a good way to remove anything that might be sticking to the skin. Doesn't change the taste at all!

- 1 cup white vinegar
- 1 tablespoon baking soda
- Juice of 1 lemon (optional for added freshness)
Instructions:
- Mix Ingredients: In a large bowl or spray bottle, combine the water, white vinegar, baking soda, and lemon juice. Stir gently to dissolve the baking soda. The mixture may fizz a bit when the baking soda and vinegar react.
- Apply the Wash:
- For Soaking: Pour the mixture into a large bowl or basin. Submerge your fruits and vegetables in the solution and let them soak for 5 to 10 minutes.
- For Spraying: If using a spray bottle, spray the wash generously onto your produce, ensuring all surfaces are coated.
- Rinse and Dry: After soaking or spraying, rinse the fruits and vegetables thoroughly under cold running water to remove any residue. Pat them dry with a clean towel or let them air dry before storing.
