These and more can be seen during this Saturday's special tour of Farm & Market with co-founders Davis Breedlove and Austin Breedlove who will show you their unique urban farm and tell you how it works.
They produce nutrient-rich hydroponically grown plants (50 varieties) that are served in their on-site restaurant and sold in the on-site market along with a selection of over 120 other local, Colorado grocery products.
Their space is equipped with 1,100 vertical hydroponic towers, all of which can be seen from the dining and shopping areas of the space through a towering glass wall.
